Majestic Mid century Modern Floor Lamp
About the Item
"Atomic" floor lamp manufactured in the 1950s, by the Majestic Lamp Co. of NYC.
The lamp has a three way switch, first click turns on the bottom bulb, second click turns on the top bulb, and third click lights both of them together.
The Majestic Lamp Company was a spin off of an older manufacturer of radios and lamps after the end of World War II. Beginning in 1948 William “Sloppy” Garwood lead the company with the designs that have become known as Majestic Lamps. Productions was centered in New York City and ended production in 1963.
The lamp will be shipped insured in a custom made wooden crate. Transport to the US is crate included.
