Pair of French Art Deco Leather Moustache Back Lounge Chairs
About the Item
This pair of mid-20th century French Art Deco period moustache back club chairs are a true find. With a design created during the Art Modern movement from the 1920s-1940s, these chairs define an era of Parisian style. The striking original leather in a cognac color has beautiful softness and patina. The wear ion the leather is original and has been conditioned and and cared for but left in original state because of the beauty of the patina. Each chair tells a story of history. Chairs are in relatively good condition for their age and are highly coveted today because of their stylish moustache back. These club chairs comfortable as well as beautiful. Nail head trim finishes the backs.
