When we design and create our pieces, we always imagine their soul.
In ARMOUR cabinet we sense the spirit of an immortal samurai. The doors remind us of an ancient armor of these brave Japanese warriors. Hand-polished to perfection aluminum doors bear willful scars of imperfection inflicted by hand and break the connection with exanimated contemporary materials.
The polished aluminum doors appearing to levitate are separated from the body with the specific individually designed to be invisible at first look hinges.
Armour could be wall-mounted or freestanding.
Materials: Wooden body in graphite molded veneer with highly polished aluminum doors.
Interior: oak veneer interior (hand patinated oak veneer interior)
Finish: Super hydrophobic crystal-clear Nano-coating for exterior, natural oil-based wood finish for interior.
Fully customizable.
