Triangular Memphis Style Inspired Lacquered 'Boca Desk' by Leon Rosen for Pace
About the Item
Triangular, almost sail-shaped desk in high gloss lacquered walnut with three drawers. The desk is mounted on cylindrical black lacquered legs, with one prominent tapered black lacquered leg.
There are two flaws along the edge, which are documented the detailed photos! Otherwise the table is in excellent, solid condition, so is the high gloss lacquer.
In the mid-1980s Leon Rosen and Pace collection designed a small collection of coffee tables, end tables and this desk inspired by the then so successful Memphis style which was initiated by the famous Italian designer Ettore Sottsass.
