Holly Harp's Innovative Black Jersey Draped Mini from the late 1970's. Semi sheer jersey is gathered up into the back neckline from a balloon hem. Deep V neckline with long ties in front. There is a cap sleeved liner of rayon jersey within so only the sleeves are semi sheer. Great versatile design which can also be worn off shoulder because of wide neckline, retailed at Bergdorf Goodman, NY. 1970's USA.
