This bright blue vintage Alfred Shaheen mid century halter dress is the perfect piece to add to your wardrobe this Summer! This lovely dress is in a pretty cotton and it has birds of paradise around the bottom. We love the tie at the center of the bust area! The dress has a full skirt and the flattering fitted bodice! There is a button at the nape of the neck to connect the halter and a hidden center back zipper for closure. There is shirring on the sides for extra comfort! Alfred Shaheen dresses are not only fun to wear, they are great to collect! Alfred Shaheen set himself apart from other designers because he built the machinery to print, dye, and finish fabrics to his specifications. This gave him the ability to create truly original garments with a signature style that is still fun to wear today!
