New with tags. Fresh from FLORA KUNG design library.
Lined upper body to give the blouson effect. Tulip wrap skirt.
Keyhole at center-back with selfcovered button and loop, plus snap and invisible zipper at side.
Full puff sleeves which cover the elbows.
No shoulder pads. Sleeve pad can be removed upon request.
Approximately 39" long (on hanger), 37" bust, 36" hips.
Size US 4 = UK 8
