About

In this gorgeous 1950's custom-made ballgown, the detailed construction and meticulous attention to detail are comparable to what you will find in modern Haute Couture. This captivating dress is fashioned from large scale watercolor floral-garden print silk-taffeta in shades of purple, yellow and red. The bodice is an alluring pleated one-shoulder sculpted design. I adore the asymmetric draped back train which is "Old Hollywood" glamour at its finest. A pure work of art and a study in dressmaking technique. Breathtaking and timeless; I totally imagine this gliding down the red carpet!
