About the Item
Beautiful 1950s MR. BLACKWELL mustard yellow raw silk shantung short sleeve wiggle dress! Wonder form fitting bodice features a full metal zipper up the back, with hook-and-eye closure and a pre-tied bow above that. Skirt features five silk covered mock button up the left side. Can be worn belted or alone. Rare piece from one of Blackwell's first productions in 1958. Impeccable construction, with a significant amount of detail. Super flattering fit with a timeless silhouette. Perfect for any day or evening event. Wedges, sandals or flats for day, and heels or boots for evening. In great condition.
