Sleeves feature elastic cuffs, which can also be pushed up for a fuller sleeve. Wonderful full silk skirt, with hand painted flowers throughout. Exceptional workmanship, with couture qualities. Hidden zipper up the back, with hook-and-eye closures at back neck. In great condition. Made in USA.
