Sleeveless, nearly off-shoulder party dress with pleated bib style bodice and low scooping front and back neckline; neckline and arm holes piped in satin. Heavily gathered full skirt with crinoline and inner slip underneath; wide plain satin cummerbund with criss-cross detail at back. Side metal zipper closure with hook and eye at waist; bodice lined in acetate.
