1950's Sequin Champagne-Pink Satin Halter Hourglass Mermaid Evening Dress Gown

About

In this gorgeous 1950's custom-made couture garment, the detailed construction and meticulous attention to detail are comparable to what you will find in modern haute-couture. This seductive gown is fashioned from crepe-backed satin in a stunning pale champagne-pink color. Swirls of silver sequins add the perfect amount of sparkle and texture. The bodice is an alluring low-cut plunge, sweetheart halter. The silhouette is unbelievable; a flattering nipped-waist met by tucks at the hips to give illusion of a more hourglass curve to your body. I love the center slit front and heavily weighted ruffle-tulle train in back. This truly channels the perfect "femme fatale" vibe. I totally imagine this gliding down the red carpet. Measurements Bust:33-34 inches Waist:25 inches Hips:36 inches Total Length:58 inches This 1950's custom-made couture gown is in excellent condition with no rips, stains or holes. Perfectly working back metal-zipper. Bodice is completely boned for support. This item is over 50 years old and is truly exquisite.
