Pauline Trigere Cocktail Dress Black Silk Draped Shawl Collar Vintage LBD 50s
About the Item
This incredible little black dress is an early Pauline Trigere piece, dating to the 1950s.
Made from a supple black silk fabric, it features a draped shawl collar with a black silk bow design at the chest and a chic lower cut back.
Simple and elegant, it fastens with a metal zipper under the wearer's left arm. Perfect for your upcoming parties and events, it's a great example of Pauline Trigere's understated design aesthetic.
Made in the USA. No content label; lined; dry clean only. No size tag, but we're estimating as a modern size S/M. It measures, laying flat and doubling where appropriate: bust - 36", waist - 27", hips - 38", shoulder to hem length - 41".
Preowned/vintage (50+ years old) with minimal signs of age, use and prior wear; some wrinkling from storage, would benefit from a professional dry clean and press.
