About the Item
Richilene 1980's Winter White Embroidered & Beaded Point D’Esprit Gown - Size 12. This late 80’s early 90’s Richilene creation is a masterpiece. The gown is lined in an cotton fabric, the bodice has spaghetti straps and from the chest to the hips (approximately 17”) the gown is heavily beaded and embroidered in all different pastel colors with multi sized sequin, pearls and bugle beads. The skirt of the gown is a total of 4 layers, 3 layers of the Point D’Esprit tulle and 1 layer of the cotton lining. There is a matching shawl which is of the same winter white Point D’Esprit fabric and has a 2” beaded and embroidered border throughout matching the border on the top of the gown. The shawl is 16.5” Wide and 70” Long. This gown is in excellent vintage condition with very light wear consistent with age. The measurements are:
