Add a pop of color to any outfit in this chic rare vintage mid 70s PALMERS bright neon orange double breasted jacket coat! Features a soft silk and nylon blend crinkle fabric. Fabric covered buttons up the front, and a single pocket at the right side of the hips. Can be worn buttoned all the way up, left open, or belted. Can even be worn as a dress! In great unworn condition. Made in Austria
