French Work Jacket Blue Upcycled Gold Bottons Neon Pink Tweed J Dauphin Our Up-cycled Vintage Jackets are made from vintage, natural fibers, military clothing and french workwear from the period 1940-1970. The trims we use comes from the finest vintage or dead stock materials on the markets. We use Italian Silks, French Tweeds, and also Vintage Designer Fabrics such as Valentino or Chanel, to create entirely new up cycled pieces. We also use French Military Metal Braids and Brass Buttons made during the WW1 or WW2. Every piece is one of a kind, up cycled in Stockholm Sweden and sustainable. • Brand: J Dauphin • Original Vintage French Blue Work Wear Chore Jacket from 1960 or earlier • Body: 100% Cotton in Original Sun bleached Blue • Trim: French Vintage Military Metal Braids in Gold, Neon Pink Tweed, Italian Light Blue Silk • Vintage Brass Buttons in Gold Tone from Military WW1 or WW2, Made in France • Details: Single breasted Jacket with Collar • Women's Jacket • Size: S/M ( fits oversize) ( US 4/6 or EU 36/38 ) • One of a kind • Sustainable Jacket • Zero waste • No toxic dyes • Dry Clean only Measures: Armpit to Armpit = 21.7" ( 55 cm ) Shoulder to cuff = 25.2" ( 64 cm ) Shoulder seam = 18.1" ( 46 cm ) Collar to hem (back of jacket ) = 27.6" ( 70 cm ) Measures: As our jackets fits as "shirt jackets" they are very easy to fit and a jacket can be worn oversize or more fitted depending on preferences. Our jackets are generally made as a S/M and would fit as an oversize S ( US 4 or EU36 ) or a regular M ( US 6 or EU 38 ). However we also offer XS/S and M/L. We are happy to give you the precise measurements and even adjust or custom make a jacket after your preferences. Just send us a message! We see small holes and sometimes even stains can be a beautiful detail that gives character and charm to the garment itself, usually we repair them from the inside, reinforcing them with silk. Sometimes we even leave them as they are, as we consider them beautiful as they are. Mostly our garments, trims, fabrics, buttons are sourced from France, Italy and possibly England as they were the countries that historically contributed to inventing the most forward exquisite techniques for creating excellent fabrics and trims. Our skilled and devoted artisans in Paris and Stockholm are committed to be part of accomplishing our mission to sustainably create upcycled and one of a kind jackets and items that has never been seen before.
