Renato Balestra Eccentric Sleeveless Blouse in Pure Silk
About the Item
Eccentric vintage silk sleeveless blouse designed by Renato Balestra in the 1990s, of fine Italian manufacture. ORIGINAL LABEL.
The top is made entirely of pure silk, soft and cosy. It is sleeveless, the straps are wide and create a very soft and composed V-neckline.
The blouse falls softly over the hips and takes on the appearance of a waistcoat. The blouse closes with a row of small central buttons, which start from the chest to below the navel. The blouse does not end like all blouses with a straight cut, but creates two wings, slightly pointed, which lend elegance to the garment.
At the back, the blouse is all ecru silk, the only detail being the belt to cinch it to the body, which creates a wonderful bow.
The weave is very unusual: the background is antique pink and ecru, decorated with stripes forming squares. Near the central part of the bust, framing the clasp, there are golden leaves that create important curls, seeming to recall one of Versace's styles.
The blousa is incredibly fine and eccentric.
