Black Sequin Zig Zag Edge Top, Skirt and Jogger Co-ord Set – M-L, 1980s
About the Item
There’s something appealing in the contradiction of sequined sportswear because its very existence assumes there is a woman who will only dress down so far. Worn as a set, each ensemble exudes a flashy confidence; the REAL magic happens when the pieces are split and paired with hard-edged modern separates (think black leather). Offhand rocker perfection.
Matching three-piece set including joggers, mini skirt and pullover top of black aurora borealis sequins. V neck blouse features bugle bead leaf pattern along neckline, at handkerchief hem and wrists, plus allover flat sequins; matching skirt with elastic waistband and leaf handkerchief hemline. Pants feature elastic waistband, drop seat and tapered legs. All pieces are pull-on construction with no closures and fully lined in silk.
