Rare Michaele Vollbracht Spring 1979 Abstract Print Bandeau Skirt Ensemble Dress

About the Item

Rare and extremely chic Spring 1979 MICHAELE VOLLBRACHT abstract print cotton ensemble! Vollbracht only ran his fashion line from 1979 to 1985. This was from his first collection! Features a strapless bandeau handkerchief hem top and matching midi skirt. Warm colors of maroon / burgundy, olive greeen, blue, ivory and black throughout. Top can also be worn multiple ways, as can the skirt. Skirt has an elastic waistband to stretch to fit. Bandeau top is double fabric and has a different print on each side. Super soft cotton that has natural stretch. Michael Vollbracht signed on both pieces. Great 1970s / 70s piece that pairs with sandals, wedges or flats for day, and heels for evening. Very well made with heavy attention to detail. In great condition.
