Steel mesh Reticule Purse - France Premier Empire Circa 1800-1810

About the Item

Circa 1800-1810 France Interesting Reticule without flange dating from the First French Empire in steel mesh of violonnée or horseshoe shape. Beautiful work of large central rosette, trimmed with rosettes of polished steel sequins. Chain clasp and side gusset. No lack or deterioration, despite a very slight oxidation. Very good condition. Dimensions: Height 14 cm, width 12 cm, thickness 3.5 cm.
