A fine French Belle Époque ormolu fireplace Mantel Andiron Fender, attributed to François Linke (1855-1946) and probably designed by Léon Messagé (1842-1901), of serpentine form, cast with pierced scrolls, shells, shields and acanthus. A truly fantastic quality fender. circa 1890-1900, Paris.
