18th Century Coade Stone Keystone

About the Item

Fine 18th Century Coade Stone keystone, stamped and dated ' Coade Lambeth 1781' mounted on a patinated iron stand. A similar keystone can be found at the Ceredigion Museum, Aberystwyth, the keystone originating from 'Hafod'. English Coade stone.
