Architectural Push Pull Door Handle in Petrified Wood and Bronze
About the Item
Solid pertrified wood slice push and pull door handle in a refined organic pattern in a range of colors from brown to ocher and chalk white with a rough edge. The slice of stone is cut on a slope and the pronaunced bronze setting is uniquely made to fit the slice of stone so that it will be exacty paralel to the door. The bronze has its original patina that makes a perfect match with the organic colours of the wood. Petrified wood is 80-120 millions year old fossilized wood from Madagascar, literally 'wood turned into ston'.
The heavy weighted handle comes with original bolts to attache to the door. They can be replaced to other bolts suiting the thickness of the doors.
The handle can be applied inside or outside on a single door. It can also be used cupboard doors and kitchen units.
