Late 19th Century Large Antique Victorian Oak Stick and Ball Fretwork

About the Item

Large Antique Victorian oak fretwork with a diamond and square stick and ball design, with carved wood panels in each corner. Salvaged from a Victorian estate in New Haven Connecticut, where it separated the living room and parlor room. This is not like most fretwork the wood carving is thick and very sturdy, a solid piece. Its a great example of American history and craftmanship that would look amazing between two rooms or hanging on the wall as a piece of art.
