Set of Ornate English Wrought Iron Garden Gates with Posts
About the Item
A highly ornate set of late Georgian wrought iron garden gates with accompanying posts handcrafted at the hand of a talented 19th century blacksmith. These beautiful English gates are in original condition and while there are a few historic repairs and minor losses, it is rare to find gates such as these in such good condition after over 200 years of use. A huge amount of work has gone into this intricate pair of gates and posts, detailed with a scrolling design and flowers. Pointed fleur de lis style finials to the top of the posts bring grandeur to any garden.
