This is an antique cellarette. An English, mahogany and brass fireside store, dating to the Georgian period, circa 1750.
Fascinating hexagonal form with delightful figuring
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
Select stocks present fine grain interest and rich russet hues
Brass cappings show delightful golden hues throughout
Dressed with circular brass drop handles to the sides and lid
