Large Louis the 16th Style 4 Panels Brass and Grilling Folding Fireplace Screen

About the Item

This large folding fireplace screen with 4 grilling panels and framed by an embossed brass and bronze frieze is decorated with macaroons and garlands decorated with rosettes. It has 2 removable handles. This is a French work in the Louis XVI Style. Stamped HDF. Circa 1900.
