Rare 19th Century Polished Steel Fender with Flower and Dragon Detail

A Rare and fine 19th century polished steel curb fender. The rolled top raised over pierced and shaped bowfront frieze with elegant scrolling foliate, flowerhead and dragon motif detail, supported on stepped platform base. Depth measured at deepest point of bow front.
