19th Century Jacobean Style Antique Oak Fire Mantel

About the Item

A beautifully crafted 19th century antique oak fire mantel constructed using early timbers from the Jacobean and Tudor periods. This impressive fire surround makes quite the impression in a period property with its dark oak finish, panelled frieze, carved corner blocks and unusual double column jambs. At over 150 years old, this Jacobean style fireplace is in good condition, the exquisite craftsmanship having stood the test of time for more than a century. Opening height: 91.5 cm (36.02 inches) Opening width: 82 cm (32.28 inches) Width from outer foot block to outer foot block: 130 cm (51.18 inches).
