A very good quality 19th century Louis XVI style fireplace in Italian statuary white marble. The console jambs with carved descending laurel leaf surmounted by circular floral carved corner blocks. The centre tablet with conforming carving, flanked either side by fielded panels. The arched interior mouldings with spandrels. There is also the complete bespoke cast iron interior available with this fireplace.
