George III Pine Fire Mantel

About the Item

This beautiful fire surround was removed from a private residence in Harrogate. A superb example, without doubt the cleanest we have seen. In The Adam Style. Pine structure with lime wood carvings throughout Additional dimensions: Opening height 118 cm Opening width 127.5 cm Width between outside of legs 157 cm.

    Good structural condition. Minimal losses and wear to this fire surround. Minimal paint residue. The foot Blocks have been replaced in part, otherwise completely original. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor Losses, scuffs, and scratches.
