Massive Antique Brass and Leather Bench Fender
About the Item
A large scale U shaped fender with fine cast brass frame. The long side with five baluster form brass supports with beaded tops, and ribbed and leafy details below. Two others support the back on the short sides. All mounted on a curved brass base. The seat upholstered in mottled and glazed red leather with brass nail head trim.
Measures: length 94", depth base 23 1/2", height 20 3/4".
Condition: Expected tarnished brass and acceptable evidence of age and use including an old slit to the top surface and a slight dent to the seat (please see detail photos) mentioned for accuracy as the presentation is grand.
