Polished Steel English Antique Firegrate

About the Item

An English steel firegrate. The pierced, shaped fret with beading above and below surmounted by shaped front bars to burning area. The shaped legs with ball feet and steel finials. Shaped cast iron back. Late 19th / early 20th century. Measures: Width at front: 535 mm 21" Width at back: 445 mm 17 ½" Height: 550 mm 21" Depth: 355 mm 14".
