Regency Style Wooden Fire Mantel

About the Item

A handsome Regency style wooden fire mantel circa 1900. Made from pine, this reclaimed English fireplace is carved with reeded jambs and frieze beneath an ornate egg and dart trimmed mantel. A simple yet stunning design, it is embellished with a tablet to the centre, finely carved with swags to match carved wreaths to each of the end blocks, bringing a neoclassical look to interior settings period and contemporary. Opening height: 97 cm (38.18 inches) Opening width: 107 cm (42.12 inches) Width from outer foot block to outer foot block: 141.5 cm (55.70 inches).
