Small Antique French 'Hercules and Heaven' Fireback / Backsplash
About the Item
18th-19th century French neoclassical fireback. Hercules has Heaven in his arms, in exchange for the golden apples that atlas promises to deliver.
The fireback is made of cast iron and has a natural brown patina. Upon request it can be made black / pewter. The fireback is in a good condition and does not have cracks.
