This epitome of peak elegance is the dream item for any ultra-luxury designer or custom-homeowner. It is a piece by piece reclaimed set of checkerboard Carrara Bianco Octagonal & Nero Cabochon authentic Italian antique tiles. This is a very limited collection for the Real/Original octagonal & cabochon marble flooring that you can almost never find in the market anymore. The exquisite texture, look and luxury feel of the old marble checkers is not even nearly matched by any modern marble checkered tile.
A total available area of 9,600 square feet, recently reclaimed from a large Milano noble estate, is now being sold in 800 sqft batches. For the season, only a total of 12 batches will be sold.
Cherished by the connoisseurs in fine architectural elements, this antique marble set is the ultimate "haut de gamme" in luxury flooring, reflecting royalty at it's finest and most exclusive levels.
The content of each crate translates to "regency at first sight". It is the equivalent of an architectural treasure chest soon to be the center of attention in any luxury custom home or mansion.
All marble tiles are extremely well preserved and remain in excellent condition. The flooring set was meticulously salvaged, piece by piece: The dirt on the back of each and every untouched tile remains clearly visible. This is the very original and rare cabochon marble pattern where every single piece within the pattern has its own unique & rich character.
This as an extremely rare and original salvaged item unlike any newly fabricated checkered or cabochon flooring tile.
Here you are buying 800sqft of the reclaimed tile for $77/sqft. This is one item. A total of 12 of those items is available. So a maximum of 9600sqft could be purchased.
