The Twig Basket by Studio Stirling is a Mild Steel Single-seater, made to support, relax, and fit elegantly into a range of interior styles. Expert Craftmanship has been combined with the Masterful Design Direction of Joanina Pastoll to produce a contemporary piece of Functional Art.
Drawing on African elements, the Twig Basket has been expertly designed to balance Artistic Expression with Ergonomic Consideration. This piece is supplied with easy-to-use hanging equipment, which allows for Adjusted and Personalized hanging height, and a Spring & Swivel set, allowing for free rotation of the piece and weight support of up to 180kgs.

Studio Stirling
Studio Stirling's passion is designing unique Hanging Swing Chairs, Loungers, Daybeds and Swings, which we then make by hand! The collection is designed by multiple award winning designer team Joanina and David Pastoll.
All of them are ideal for inside or outside use and look gorgeous on a deck, patio, hanging from a branch of a tree or anywhere indoors. They are great used as functional art pieces or a signature item.
As each one is made by hand it therefor allows for each piece to have individualism and uniqueness in some of the pattern detailing due to the variance of craftsmanship. They are made from steel - so very strong and durable, E coated for rust protection (like on the chassis of a car) and then powder coated. Form-fitting comfort, ergonomic design perfect both for indoor and outdoor spaces: choose yours from our collection.
