Large hunter green and brown woven picnic basket with handles and a hinged lid. A wonderful way to entertain when dining outdoors! This basket is large and rectangular and topped with a hinged lid that opens to reveal a large compartment for storing all the outdoor dining necessities. A fine and impressive antique George III English sterling silver sweetmeat basket; part of our Georgian silverware collection. This antique Georgian sterling silver sweetmeat basket has an oval navette form onto a collet foot. The body of this sterling silver basket is embellished with a band of pierced decorated vertical pales accented with four foliate motifs. The basket is further ornamented with two bands of pierced evolute scrolling decoration with a scallop and circular motif decorated border.
