About the Item
Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown white, silver flecks, copper aventurine, millefiori flower murrines and twisted ribbons Italian art glass bowl / ashtray. Documented to the A.Ve.M. (Arte Vetraria Muranese) company. The pattern is featured in the companies book. The bowl has a rounded triangular shape, with folded in indents on the sides. The bowl is made with a rainbow of colors. It has red, silver, bright green, light and dark blue, pink, yellow, copper and cased in white. The design is often called "end of day" and "tutti fruity" by collectors. Would make a great display piece on any console or coffee table. Use it as a catchall, or candy dish. Mid-century era. Measures: 6 1/2” long x 6 1/2” wide x 2 3/4” on tallest side.
