Beautiful Large Oval Mahogany and Brass Bound Monteith Wine Glass Cooler

A Beautiful late 19th century, Victorian period, early Edwardian period large oval shaped mahogany and brass bound Monteith wine glass cooler with heart shaped handles. Could also be used as a planter, jardinière or cachepot. Gorgeous mahogany wine cooler or planter with a lot of character and with good proportions. Great colour and patina throughout. Free delivery to the United Kingdom and to the Rest of the World.

This mahogany wine cooler is in good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related stains. The monteith remains structurally solid and sound. Overall, a good example.
