Early 20th Century Italian Alabaster Sculptural Lotus Leaf Dish

About the Item

Listed is an absolutely stunning and rare, early 20th century, Italian dark alabaster sculptural lotus leaf dish. This hand carved piece has beautiful, natural veining all-over with heavily detailed edges of the 'leaf'. Incredibly gorgeous in person, especially with the visual depth of the piece allowing light to shine through (see last photo for reference). Heavy, weighing nearly 2lbs (1.11lbs exact).
