About the Item

Hand painted, most likely in India ink. in an American Prairie Modernist Abstract style. With inferred circles and novel handling of overlaps. Unsigned and unmarked and very much in the manner of Frank Lloyd Wright. Hand painted on a turned wooden bowl of considerable age- note the oval shape due to shrinkage over time. (9.50 x 8.88 diameters)
