French Ceramic Fruit Bowl Signed Pichon Uzes Pottery

About the Item

A beautiful French 1960's faience woven ceramic bowl, handcrafted with braided design intense typical of ceramic artist Pichon’s work executed in mixed earth clays. Signed. Pichon á Uzes is a family-run ceramics factory located in the town of Uzes in the south of France; the company has been in operation since 1802. Impressed mark on the bottom. Original condition with one tiny chip on the bottom part of the bowl (see photo).
