Italian Gold Glazed Incised Charger by Fratelli Fanciullacci for Elbee

About the Item

Glamorous vintage ceramic bowl/charger with incised design and hand-painted gold accents designed by Fratelli Fanciullacci for Elbee (ca. 1950s, ltaly). The etched sgraffito linear pattern reveals the taupe base under the matte off white/ almost pale blue appearing glaze. Excellent, vintage condition with only light patina to the applied gold accents. Reminiscent of an Aldo Londi design for Raymor with only slight variations (color and size). Signed "Elbee Italy 30/279". H: 2.75" x Diameter: 10"
