Italian Murano Millefiori Art Glass Bowl Attributed to Dino Martens, circa 1960s

About the Item

A beautiful Italian Murano art glass bowl, attributed to Dino Martens and Arte Vetraria Muranese, Mid-Century Modern design period, circa mid-20th century, Italy, 1950s-1960s. Bowl is beautifully designed with colorful millefiori and generous amounts of silver flecks. Underside is black art glass, finished with a protective piece of a material. Colors include silver, pink, white, blue, orange, green and shimmering copper. Beautiful as a standalone piece on a cocktail table, as a candy dish, catchall vide-poche to hold jewelry (as demonstrated), etc. Piece would also make a nice gift. Dimensions: 6" x 6.38" x 2.88" Height.
