About the Item

Jan Eisenloeffel Copper Milk Jug, a rare object from the early period of his work. He became known for his austere designs for utensils executed in both precious and base metals. At the beginning of his career he felt that 'ordinary people' should also have access to his work and well designed utensils. This milk jug with stamp dates back to early 1900's. This popular design became popular abroad and his work is displayed in exhibitions all over the world. Dim: 4.5x12.5x7.5cm
