A pair of glazed ceramic vases by Lee McCarty, of Marigold Mississippi. Signed. Beautiful glaze decoration on a subtle squared off vase form.
Lee McCarty (1923-2015) grew up in Merigold, Mississippi. After serving in WWII and graduating from university, he and his wife Pup returned to Merigold in 1954 where they co-founded McCartys Pottery in 1954.
