Pre-War Japanese Iron Fish Dish Vintage Flounder

About the Item

The flounder symbolizes many things among many different cultures; from good luck, to adaptability, to a bringing of change, or new life. Good condition; No chips and no cracks to this thin and highly detailed iron casting, some light oxidation. Impressed markings from within the mold, JAPAN and kanji characters. L 5 x W 3 13/16 x H 5/8 in.
