Solid Bronze "Alpine" Vessel or Bowl with Wood Texture and Blackened Patina

CHAABAN - (pronounced shā-bon) was founded in 2018 by California native artist, Brian Chaaban. The line is inspired by the organic and anthropormphic shapes found in nature. Our line exclusively starts with wood turned bowls, vessels and vases - specifically focusing on the beautiful intricacies in branches, trunks and trees. The organic natural edges, grains, splits and cracks of the wood are then all interpreted and preserved using traditional bronze casting methods. Each bronze cast is made in Brian's home town of Los Angeles, CA by skilled, traditionally trained artisans. Each solid bronze vessel is made individually and with a hyper focus on quality to ensure that each piece will last as an heirloom for centuries.
