Vintage enameled plate, 1991
On the top of the plate is an image of a skydiver, and a clock or counter of some kind. There is Russian writing around the perimeter, and Russian flags. It is a commemorative plate for russian Parachute divers. On the back is "3, 12/91, OTK 22." don't know what that means. thinking 12/91 might be a date, December 1991.
